We draw from a wide variety of interpretations of Yoga & Meditation, and intertwine authentic tradition into our all of our classes and live workshops

WE ENCOURAGE ALL OF OUR GUESTS RELAX, ENJOY, AND TO RUN THEIR RETREAT AT THEIR OWN PACE. ALL CLASSES ARE OPEN YOUR PARTICIPATION AND ARE COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.
