Meditation

  • PRIVATE GROUP MEDITATION SESSIONS

    • BEGINNING TO ADVANCED

  • 30-45 MINUTE SESSIONS (3-4x) DAILY

We draw from a wide variety of interpretations of Yoga & Meditation, and intertwine authentic tradition into our all of our classes and live workshops

MEDITATION: EASTERN BUDDHIST MEDITATION, VIPASANA MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES, BREATHING MEDITATIONS, MANTRAS & chanting, METTA MEDITATION, LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

COME TO CONNECT WITH OTHERS, AND TO ALSO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL OF OUR GUESTS RELAX, ENJOY, AND TO RUN THEIR RETREAT AT THEIR OWN PACE. ALL CLASSES ARE OPEN YOUR PARTICIPATION AND ARE COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.
