Welcome to our 9th annual California Easter Sierras Retreat!
This year our focus and intention is to embrace connection through meditation. When we know and trust ourselves our connections with others become more meaningful and authentic. This year we will place an extra emphasis on meditation. When we meditate we are familiarizing ourselves with positive and peaceful states of mind. Through familiarity and faith meditation transforms us from the inside out and acts as mind protection when life becomes difficult.

Background info on the Location
The California Eastern Sierras Retreat is home to some of the largest mountains in the United States and has deep indigenous roots stemming back to the Paiute and Shoshone Indian Tribes that settled in the area centuries ago. Wild white sage grows abundantly across the high desert landscape, adorned with incredible flora and fauna such as Raven, Coyote, Ibex, and the iconic Barn Owl. You can sense the deep history and stories in the soil, and feel the energy in the warm nights air. The Owens Valley, Mono Valley, Mount Whitney, and neighboring Death Valley National Park, surrounding us as if our basecamp was held in a nest, a spiritual container, in a natural world untouched by modern technology and daily stresses.
Our base camp is held in a very special location in the heart of the Eastern Sierras with breath taking mountain views, fresh running streams on either side, and wide open spaces absolutely perfect for delving into the Yoga, Meditation, and Stillness. This specific location has been the spiritual home of hundreds of people for decades seeking peace and transformation.
